My journey has taken me through independent studios, global agencies, and even building my own design firm. Focused on supporting client teams within larger tech and media organizations, I've honed my skills as a strategic design partner, with a knack for transforming broad brand and product strategies into inspired, technology-powered solutions.
Since 2016, I've grown Rare Volume into a reputable design technology firm, launching inventive work for clients including Google, Samsung, Meta, and Warner Bros. Discovery. Prior to that, I spent a decade in leadership positions across craft-obsessed agencies and studios, where I led recognized work for brands including Nike, Disney, Riot Games, Microsoft, and more.
As a manager, I prioritize servant leadership above all else, and believe it's key to cultivating high-performing creative environments.
